Scrutinizers Report of 40th AGM held on 30.09.2025

Mercury Trade Links Ltd has filed the Scrutinizer's Report for its 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025, at its registered office in Ahmedabad. Six resolutions were put to vote through remote e-voting (via CDSL) and venue voting. All six resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority of around 99.90% in favour. The resolutions covered adoption of FY25 audited financial statements, re-appointment of a retiring Executive Director (Mr. Chaprajbhai Vikrambhai Algotar), appointment of a new Secretarial Auditor (M/s. SCS and Co. LLP) for a five-year term, and regularization of three additional directors — Mr. Prashant Nareshbhai Nayak as Executive Director, Ms. Kajalben Maheshbhai Parmar as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Dharamsingh Tarasingh Juni as Non-Executive Director. Total valid votes cast across resolutions were approximately 10.83 lakh shares, with only about 1,000–1,015 shares voted against any resolution.
