Metropolis Healthcare reported strong Q4 & FY26 results with MHL Group revenue of Rs 425 Cr in Q4 (+23% YoY) and Rs 1,646 Cr for FY26 (+24% YoY). Organic EBITDA grew 27% YoY in Q4 to Rs 107 Cr with margins expanding to 27.2%, while full-year organic EBITDA reached Rs 392 Cr at 25.9% margins, reflecting significant operating leverage.
