Mid East Portfolio Management Ltd has re-filed its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 with BSE, following a typo in the signatory's name on the original filing (it had shown Mr. Samrat Arvind Bumb instead of the actual signatory, Director Mr. Brijesh Devrajbhai Patel). The underlying numbers remain unchanged. For Q3 FY26, total income fell sharply to ₹3.82 lakhs from ₹21.44 lakhs a year earlier, and the company slipped into a small loss of ₹0.89 lakh (EPS of ₹-0.02) versus a ₹19.22 lakh profit in Q3 FY25. The 9-month FY26 picture looks stronger only because of a one-time ₹125 lakh 'other operating income' booked earlier in the year, which lifted nine-month net profit to ₹135.94 lakhs. The results were approved by the Board on 14th February 2026 and have been limited-reviewed by the auditors, Motilal & Associates LLP.
No financial impact — this is a clerical correction with no change to reported numbers. However, the underlying Q3 performance is weak: revenue collapsed year-on-year and the company barely broke even before tax. Investors should note that the healthy nine-month profit is largely driven by a non-recurring operating income item and is not reflective of steady quarterly earnings.
