Midwest Gold Limited has informed BSE that it has sent letters to shareholders whose email IDs are not registered, sharing the web link and QR code to access the Annual Report for FY 2024-25. The company's 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. IST, to be held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). E-voting will be available from September 27 (9:00 A.M.) to September 29 (5:00 P.M.), with a cut-off date of September 23, 2025. Shareholders have also been asked to update their KYC details (PAN, bank details, email, nomination, etc.) via their Depository Participant or the company's RTA, Bigshare Services Private Limited.
