Milestone Global Limited reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 225.35 lakhs for Q3 FY26, down sharply from Rs 312.91 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (-28% YoY). Standalone net profit slipped to Rs 1.77 lakhs (Q3 FY25: Rs 17.86 lakhs), though 9M FY26 net profit rose ~26% YoY to Rs 38.53 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including UK and USA subsidiaries), Q3 FY26 revenue grew ~40% YoY to Rs 301.58 lakhs and the company swung to a net profit of Rs 11.40 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 7.31 lakhs in Q3 FY25; 9M consolidated PAT jumped to Rs 44.22 lakhs from Rs 13.42 lakhs. The Europe segment remains the largest revenue contributor in consolidated numbers, while the USA segment posted negative results in standalone. Other income includes an exchange gain of ~Rs 32 lakhs. Auditors (P. L. Tandon & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report, though they flagged that the two subsidiaries' interim financials were not independently reviewed. The board also approved re-appointment of two Independent Directors for a second 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed picture: standalone performance is weak with sharp Q3 revenue and profit declines, but consolidated results show strong recovery and growth driven by subsidiaries. Near-term stock reaction may be muted given thin absolute profits, but the consolidated turnaround is a positive signal for shareholders.
