The company reported both standalone and consolidated unaudited IND-AS results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations remained at zero, and the company posted a loss of Rs 3.84 lakhs for the quarter, widening to Rs 9.06 lakhs loss for H1 FY26 (vs Rs 5.71 lakhs loss in H1 FY25). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew strongly to Rs 73.51 lakhs for the quarter (vs Rs 36.43 lakhs in Q2 FY25) and Rs 124.18 lakhs for H1 FY26 (vs Rs 54.70 lakhs), turning the group profitable with a PAT of Rs 1.40 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 12.48 lakhs in H1 FY25. The subsidiary contributed total revenue of Rs 124.18 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs 10.46 lakhs for H1 FY26. Other equity remains negative at Rs -95.00 lakhs on a consolidated basis, and standalone other equity stands at Rs -44.43 lakhs.
For shareholders: the standalone entity continues to be a non-operating shell with rising losses and negative operating cash flow, while consolidated results are improving thanks entirely to the subsidiary's performance. The negative accumulated reserves and dependence on the subsidiary remain key risks despite the headline turnaround.
