Minda Corporation has sent letters to shareholders whose email IDs are not registered with the company, its Registrar (Skyline Financial Services), or Depository Participants, providing web-links to access the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and the Notice of the 40th AGM. The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. (IST) and will be held via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The cut-off date for identifying such shareholders was July 25, 2025. The company has also reminded shareholders to update their KYC details (PAN, bank details, email, address, nomination, etc.) with their Depository Participant or the RTA. Both web-links to the AGM Notice and Annual Report have been hosted on the company's website www.sparkminda.com.
