Mindspace Business Parks REIT has informed the Exchange regarding Issue of units through Preferential issue on 09/01/2026

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has completed two acquisitions and allotted units as consideration on January 9, 2026. It acquired 100% of Sundew Real Estate Private Limited, which owns the commercial building 'The Square Avenue 98' (BKC Annex) in Mumbai with about 0.15 msf of leasable area (expandable to ~0.22 msf). It also acquired 100% of Pramaan Properties Private Limited, which holds Ascent-Worli (a Mumbai office building with ~0.45 msf leasable area plus 36 residential units) and an office in Raheja Woods, Pune (~0.11 msf). As consideration, the REIT allotted 83,13,963 units to Sundew shareholders and 3,08,45,379 units to Pramaan shareholders at Rs. 464.64 per unit, totalling about 3.92 crore units worth roughly Rs. 1,820 crore. The allotments were approved by the Allotment Committee under SEBI's REIT Master Circular guidelines for preferential issues.
