Mindspace Business Parks REIT has certified successful payment of quarterly interest and full redemption of its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The ISIN INE0CCU07074 had an issue size of Rs. 550 crore with 55,000 NCDs. Quarterly interest of Rs. 15.71 crore (pre and post-TDS) was paid on the due date of April 13, 2026. Additionally, the entire principal amount of Rs. 550 crore was redeemed in full on the maturity date of April 13, 2026. The outstanding amount after redemption is now Nil. Both payments were made on time with no delays.
