Mindspace Business Parks REIT conducted a postal ballot from November 29 to December 28, 2025, seeking unitholder approval for two special resolutions related to preferential issue of units to shareholders of Pramaan Properties Private Limited and Sundew Real Estate Private Limited. Both resolutions were passed with overwhelming support, with 99.9961% and 99.9959% of votes cast in favor respectively.
