Mindspace Business Parks REIT has issued a correction to its earlier intimation dated May 07, 2026 regarding the preferential allotment of units. The correction involves a typographical error in the number of units allotted to shareholders of Sycamore Properties Private Limited. The original figure of 72,71,748 units should be read as 72,51,118 units, a difference of 20,630 units. This relates to the acquisition of Content Properties Private Limited and Sycamore Properties Private Limited. The REIT has clarified that no other changes have been made to the original intimation.
