Mindspace Business Parks REIT has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has announced a conference call scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. IST to discuss a proposed acquisition. The deal involves buying 100% stake in Sundew Real Estate Private Limited, which owns the commercial building 'The Square Avenue 98 (BKC Annex)' in Mumbai with about 0.16 million sq ft of leasable area (potential to grow to 0.22 msf). It also includes 100% stake in Pramaan Properties Private Limited, which comprises the Ascent-Worli office building (~0.45 msf plus 36 residential units planned for renting) and an office building in Raheja Woods, Kalyani Nagar, Pune (~0.11 msf). Together, the proposed acquisition would add roughly 0.72–0.78 msf of office space to Mindspace's portfolio.
