Mindspace Business Parks REIT, in association with Mirchi, hosted the second edition of 'Mindspace EcoRun 2.0' on February 22, 2026, at its Mindspace Madhapur property in Hyderabad. Over 4,200 runners participated in 5 KM, 10 KM, and 21 KM categories. The event featured eco-friendly initiatives including plantable bibs, organic jerseys, refillable hydration stations, and biodegradable cutlery. A pre-race Expo also hosted a Sustainability Flea Market supporting specially-abled individuals and women from underprivileged communities, in partnership with NGO Nirmaan. Waste collected at the event will be upcycled into school furniture donated to children linked with Nirmaan.
This is a community engagement and ESG branding initiative with no direct financial or operational impact on the REIT's business. Shareholders can view it as a positive brand-building exercise aligned with the company's sustainability positioning, but it does not affect distributable income, occupancy, or unit price in any meaningful way.
