Mindspace Business Parks REIT has issued and allotted 12,000 Commercial Paper units of Rs. 5 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 600 crore, on a private placement basis. The papers were issued on August 5, 2025, with a short tenor of 41 days, maturing on September 15, 2025. The Commercial Papers have been listed on BSE's debt segment from August 6, 2025. This issuance is part of the Executive Committee's earlier approval (July 28, 2025) allowing incremental borrowings up to Rs. 2,800 crore, on top of Rs. 1,800 crore approved earlier.
This is a short-term debt raise (41 days) of Rs. 600 crore via Commercial Papers to meet near-term funding needs. It expands the REIT's short-term borrowings within an already-approved overall borrowing limit, with no immediate dilution risk for unit holders.
