Mindspace Business Parks REIT has informed the Exchange regarding Annual report for FY ended 2024-25

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has filed its 5th Annual Report for FY 2024-25, along with the notice for its 5th Annual Meeting of Unitholders to be held on June 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM via video conferencing. The meeting will seek unitholder approval for two items: adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY25, and adoption of the valuation report issued by KZEN Valtech Private Limited for the REIT's portfolio as of March 31, 2025. Key FY25 highlights include gross leasing of 7.6 MSF at an average rent of Rs 81 PSF/month, a 22.8% re-leasing spread, 93% committed occupancy, and market value of Rs 366 Bn with NAV of Rs 431.7 per unit. The REIT also acquired 2.1 MSF of new area during the year and reported 99.9% green certification of its completed portfolio with 44 buildings receiving Platinum LEED O&M certification.
