Mindspace REIT 6th AGM: All 4 resolutions approved by unitholders

The 6th Annual Meeting of Mindspace REIT unitholders was held on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. All 4 resolutions were approved with over 99.99 percent majority. These include adoption of FY26 audited financial statements (560.1 million votes in favor), approval of valuation report by KZEN Valtech, appointment of Mr. Vijay Arvindkumar C as valuer, and appointment of B S R and Co LLP as statutory auditors for 5 years from FY27-28 to FY31-32. About 560 million units voted in favor across all resolutions.
