Mindspace REIT 6th AGM held; 4 resolutions considered

Mindspace REIT held its 6th Annual Meeting on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. 49 unitholders representing 28.97 percent of voting units attended. Four resolutions were tabled: approval of FY26 audited financials and valuation report, new valuer appointment, and B S R and Co. LLP as statutory auditors for 5 years (FY28 to FY32).
