Mindspace REIT board meeting on July 9 to consider raising funds via NCDs and CPs

K Raheja Corp Investment Managers, acting as manager to Mindspace REIT, has informed exchanges about an Executive Committee meeting scheduled for July 9, 2026. The committee will consider and approve raising of funds through issuance of non-convertible debt securities, commercial papers, or any other form permitted under applicable laws.
