Mindspace REIT's manager has filed the Q4 FY26 and full-year financial disclosures with stock exchanges, including a summary valuation report by KZEN Valtech and an independent property consultant report by JLL for assets as on March 31, 2026. The filing also covers the press release and earnings presentation detailing business and financial performance for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Total leasable area across 15 properties in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai is about 39.4 mn sq ft.
