Mindteck corrigendum to postal ballot notice for director appointments

Mindteck issued a corrigendum to its June 9, 2026 postal ballot notice. The resolutions to appoint Ms. Preeti Mohan and Mr. Madhuranath R. Konety as Independent Directors for five-year terms were wrongly stated as Ordinary Resolutions and will now be treated as Special Resolutions, requiring a higher voting threshold of 75 percent. Members who already cast votes need not vote again; existing votes will be counted toward the special resolutions. All other items in the notice remain unchanged.
