Mindteck (India) Limited has announced that its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM through video conferencing. The Register of Members will remain closed from August 2 to August 8, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and dividend payment. Shareholders whose names appear in the register as of August 1, 2025 (the cut-off date) will be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM. The company has also set up a remote e-voting facility for shareholders, in line with SEBI listing regulations. The intimation was filed under Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
