Mini Diamonds India Ltd reported FY2025-26 standalone revenue of Rs 5,678.49 crore, up 40% from Rs 4,055.75 crore in FY2024-25. However, profitability declined sharply with standalone net profit falling 67% to Rs 179.69 lakh from Rs 549.02 lakh. Consolidated figures show revenue of Rs 5,672.17 crore with net profit of Rs 124.89 lakh, down 77% YoY. The company incorporated two subsidiaries (Namra Jewels and Pyramid Gold) during the year. Inventories more than doubled to Rs 866.37 crore while trade receivables rose to Rs 1,979.09 crore. Both standalone and consolidated cash flow from operations were negative at Rs -212.16 lakh and Rs -188.04 lakh respectively. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion but flagged that the company is irregular in payment of direct taxes and TDS, and some foreign debtors are subject to realization and balance confirmation.
Despite strong revenue growth of 40%, the company experienced severe profit erosion with PAT declining over 65% and negative operating cash flows indicating working capital stress. The tax compliance issues and large outstanding receivables pose risks to financial stability.
