Mini Diamonds India (BSE: 523373) reported its Q2 FY26 results on November 13, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹14,944.43 lakhs, with H1 FY26 revenue at ₹24,990.33 lakhs versus ₹19,312.45 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a growth of roughly 29% year-on-year. Standalone profit after tax for the quarter was ₹277.91 lakhs (vs ₹205.30 lakhs in Q2 FY25), and H1 PAT rose to ₹459.66 lakhs (vs ₹388.94 lakhs), an 18% YoY increase. Consolidated H1 PAT was lower at ₹440.09 lakhs because both subsidiaries — Namra Jewels (loss of ₹12.51 lakhs) and Pyramid Gold Assaying (loss of ₹1.31 lakhs) — are still in early-stage or pre-revenue operations. Statutory auditor Mittal & Associates issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company also disclosed a 5:1 stock split (₹10 face value to ₹2) approved via postal ballot, and noted that BSE had rejected in-principle approval for issuance of 60 lakh convertible warrants at ₹153 each.
Strong top-line growth of ~29% YoY in H1 is a clear positive, but bottom-line growth is lagging at ~18%, partly dragged by loss-making subsidiaries. Marginal negative operating cash flow (₹-55.51 lakhs standalone, ₹-52.40 lakhs consolidated) and the rejection of the warrant issue are mild negatives. The 5:1 stock split should improve retail liquidity and affordability of the stock.
