Mishka Exim appoints Rakesh Aggarwal as Independent Director

Mishka Exim Limited has appointed Mr. Rakesh Aggarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from July 27, 2026, for a 5-year term. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting or within three months, whichever is earlier. Mr. Aggarwal is a finance professional with experience in accounts, taxation, banking, fundraising, M&A, internal audit, and corporate advisory. He is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding office.
