Mishka Exim Limited reported its Q1 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations at Rs. 208.70 lakhs, up about 46% from Rs. 142.91 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total income rose to Rs. 217.65 lakhs versus Rs. 146.37 lakhs a year ago. Net profit jumped to Rs. 17.81 lakhs from Rs. 5.27 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of roughly 238%, with basic EPS at Rs. 0.12. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Mishka Capital Advisors and associate Cross River Securities), net profit was Rs. 18.23 lakhs versus Rs. 3.53 lakhs. The jewellery segment continues to be the only revenue contributor, while share trading and fabric segments reported no revenue. Other expenses include a Rs. 5.77 lakh loss from futures and options trading. The auditor (Gaur & Associates) issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit is positive for shareholders, though the absolute numbers remain very small (a few lakhs) and the business is concentrated entirely in jewellery. Investors should note the negligible scale and single-segment dependence when weighing this result.
