MIDHANI reported its highest ever annual turnover of Rs 1,208.63 crore for FY 2025-26, up 12.52% from Rs 1,074.10 crore in FY 2024-25. Profit After Tax grew 18.82% to Rs 130.79 crore versus Rs 110.07 crore in the prior year. EBITDA for the year stood at Rs 275.59 crore, marking a 10.69% growth. The Board approved an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials. A final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share was recommended, in addition to the Rs 0.85 interim dividend already paid, bringing the total dividend to Rs 2.10 per share. The company also recognized an impairment loss of Rs 210.11 lakh on its investment in APGPCL. The order book position stood at Rs 2,290 crore as of April 1, 2026.
