MIDHANI shared Q3 FY26 results showing strong sequential recovery: turnover rose 31.4% QoQ to INR275.66 crores, value of production grew 18.6% to INR304.05 crores, and profit after tax more than doubled to INR27.46 crores from INR12.76 crores in Q2. For the 9-month period, turnover was INR655.88 crores with PBT and PAT stable at INR77.1 crores and INR53.04 crores respectively. The order book stands at INR2,594 crores with a 2-year execution timeline, and 72% of orders come from defence. Management expects ~20% year-on-year revenue growth until a major capex plan (currently in DPR stage) is finalized, targeting a jump from the current ~INR1,000 crores revenue to INR2,000 crores. Key products are super alloys (20% of 9M revenue), titanium (19%), maraging steel (15%) and special steel (37%), with EBITDA margin guided at ~23%.
Sharp QoQ profit growth and a healthy INR2,594 crores order book provide good near-term revenue visibility, while the capex plan and goal to double revenue to INR2,000 crores could be a positive long-term catalyst for shareholders if execution stays on track.
