MIDHANI reported its highest ever annual turnover of ₹1,208.63 crore for FY 2025-26, up 12.52% from ₹1,074.10 crore in FY 2024-25. Profit after tax grew 18.82% to ₹130.79 crore from ₹110.07 crore. Q4 standalone PAT stood at ₹77.75 crore, up 38.49% year-on-year. The company declared a total dividend of ₹2.10 per share (interim ₹0.85 + final ₹1.25). An impairment loss of ₹210.11 lakh was recognised on the investment in Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation (APGPCL) due to pending litigations. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion. The order book as of April 1, 2026 was ₹2,290 crore.
