Appointment of Company Secretary/Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors of Mishtann Foods Ltd approved the appointment of Mrs. Jaishree Bhandari as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company. She has been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective from May 1, 2025. Mrs. Bhandari is a Commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with about five years of experience in secretarial compliance, legal compliance, and corporate governance. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at a board meeting held on May 1, 2025.
