On the financial side, standalone Q2 FY26 revenue fell to Rs 6,911.65 lakhs (down from Rs 8,093.25 lakhs YoY) and net profit dropped to Rs 100.38 lakhs from Rs 206 lakhs, while H1 net profit came in at Rs 194.59 lakhs versus Rs 331.73 lakhs last year. The statutory auditor issued a qualified opinion flagging a pending SEBI show-cause notice on alleged fictitious sales of Rs 4,990 lakhs of rights issue proceeds, no audit-trail in accounting software, Rs 49,585.48 lakhs of trade receivables without any expected credit loss provision, and a GST demand of Rs 20,684.38 lakhs under litigation. On a consolidated basis, H1 revenue was Rs 77,252 lakhs and net profit Rs 17,810.90 lakhs, almost entirely driven by the unaudited UAE subsidiary Grow and Grub Nutrients FZ-LLC.
