MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services has announced the updated schedule for the First and Final Call money on its partly paid-up equity shares, originally issued via a Letter of Offer dated June 10, 2024. The record date to identify eligible shareholders has been fixed as Friday, June 13, 2025. The call payment window will run from Wednesday, July 09, 2025 to Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Call notices will be sent to shareholders holding partly paid-up shares in accordance with applicable rules.
Eligible shareholders holding partly paid-up shares must arrange to pay the remaining call money between July 9 and July 23, 2025, or risk forfeiture of their shares.
