MM Rubber Company has called a board meeting on 6th August 2025 to approve its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The board will also approve the draft Board Report for FY25, set the date for the upcoming AGM (to be held via video conferencing), and appoint a scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Additionally, Mr. Rohan Kuriyan and Ms. Roshin Varghese are proposed to be appointed as additional non-executive Independent Directors. Mr. Jacob Mammen, who retires by rotation, will be considered for reappointment. The trading window has been closed from 1st July 2025 until 48 hours after results are declared.
