MMTC: Notice on transfer of unclaimed shares to IEPF Fund

MMTC has published newspaper notices in Financial Express and Jansatta on 19 and 20 June 2026, informing shareholders that equity shares with unclaimed dividends for 7 consecutive years (FY 2018-19 final dividend) will be transferred to the IEPF Authority. A corrigendum extended the deadline for shareholders to claim their dividend from 15 July 2026 to 18 September 2026. Shareholders should contact Registrar MCS Share Transfer Agents or the company to claim dividends and avoid share transfer.
Only shareholders with unclaimed dividends for 7+ years are affected. Shares transferred to IEPF can be claimed back later by following the prescribed process.
