Modern Dairies has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders about the re-opening of a one-year special window, from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, for re-lodging transfer requests of physical shares that were lodged before April 1, 2019 and were rejected or not processed due to document issues. This follows a SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026. Shareholders who missed the earlier January 6, 2026 deadline can submit documents to the company RTA, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited in New Delhi. All such transfers will be processed only in demat mode.
