Modern Dairies Ltd informed BSE about a disclosure received from promoter Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal regarding acquisition of 5,00,000 equity shares through transmission (inter-se transfer) from Late Shri Amarjit Goyal, another promoter who passed away in December 2018. Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal was the joint holder of these shares. As a result, his shareholding in the company increased from 30,97,543 shares (12.09%) to 35,97,543 shares (14.04%), a rise of nearly 2 percentage points. This is not a market purchase but an internal transfer within the promoter group due to inheritance, executed off-market on 19-06-2025.
No impact on overall promoter group holding since the shares merely moved from one promoter to another via transmission. Shareholders need not be concerned about any change in control or dilution.
