Modern Steels has published a notice in Financial Express and Rozana Spokesman on July 3, 2026 about the reopening of a special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests. The window runs from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, for transfer requests lodged before April 1, 2019 that were rejected, returned, or not processed due to document issues. Shareholders who missed the earlier January 6, 2026 deadline can now submit documents to the RTA, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited. All such transfers will be processed in demat mode only.
