Modi Naturals' Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew about 5.7% year-on-year to ₹15,602.88 lakhs, while profit after tax jumped roughly 40.8% to ₹1,049.25 lakhs and EPS rose to ₹7.87 from ₹5.61. On a standalone basis, revenue grew about 8.2% to ₹7,565.13 lakhs and PAT rose about 21.6% to ₹323.97 lakhs. The strong consolidated earnings were partly aided by a ₹121.24 lakh one-time benefit in the subsidiary from set-off of accumulated GST input credit. The Board also appointed Mr. Pradeep Kapoor, a finance professional with 25+ years of experience, as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel. Statutory auditors Doogar & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both the standalone and consolidated results.
Strong consolidated earnings growth and a clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders, but a meaningful chunk of the profit jump came from a one-time GST credit adjustment in the subsidiary, so the underlying operating performance is more modest. The new CFO brings experienced leadership to the finance function, which should be viewed as a stability signal.
