Modi Naturals Limited reported strong audited financial results for FY2026 ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 8.5% to Rs 71,918.32 lakhs from Rs 66,291.28 lakhs, while consolidated profit after tax surged 94% to Rs 6,028.35 lakhs from Rs 3,102.57 lakhs year-on-year. Standalone PAT increased 31% to Rs 1,001.41 lakhs. The company also announced a mid-year auditor change: M/s Doogar & Associates resigned citing workload pressures, and M/s B. Chhawcharia & Co. was appointed as the new statutory auditor. Additionally, the company proposed shifting its registered office from Nehru Place to Okhla Industrial Area in Delhi. An exceptional item of Rs 485.57 lakhs represents an insurance claim for business interruption from a machinery breakdown in FY 2023-24. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
The stock appears positive given near-doubling of consolidated PAT and strong revenue growth, though the mid-year auditor change may raise questions about governance. The clean audit opinion provides assurance to shareholders.
