Standalone total income dropped sharply to Rs. 1,830.68 Lacs from Rs. 3,439.63 Lacs, a decline of about 47% year-on-year. On a consolidated basis, the company earned a net profit of Rs. 63.97 Lacs, down significantly from Rs. 2,046.06 Lacs in FY25, despite consolidated revenue rising marginally to Rs. 4,881.23 Lacs from Rs. 4,576.93 Lacs. The auditors (P N A M & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Total equity declined to Rs. 36,762.45 Lacs on standalone basis and Rs. 67,706.38 Lacs on consolidated basis.
The sharp swing to standalone loss and weak consolidated profitability signals operational stress. Shareholders should note the significant decline in earnings per share from Rs. 8.19 to Rs. 0.26 on consolidated basis. Despite a clean audit opinion, the substantial reduction in profitability warrants caution.
