53rd AGM held on 23rd July 2026; results awaited

Modulex Construction Technologies held its 53rd AGM on 23rd July 2026 via video conferencing from 12:30 PM to 1:04 PM. Chairman Mr. Suchit Punnose chaired the meeting; all directors were present except Mrs. Sudha Prajapati. Two ordinary business items were taken up: adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended 31st March 2026 along with Directors and Auditors reports, and re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Palekar (DIN: 02708940) as Director liable to retire by rotation. Remote e-voting ran from 20th to 22nd July, with e-voting also held during the meeting. Voting results and scrutiniser report will be filed separately.
