Modulex Construction Technologies reported a standalone net loss of Rs 44.33 lakhs for FY 2025-26, improved from Rs 177.25 lakhs loss in FY 2024-25. However, consolidated results show a severe deterioration with a net loss of Rs 1482.58 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs 463.16 lakhs in the previous year. Consolidated total income dropped sharply to Rs 203.01 lakhs from Rs 1307.77 lakhs. The company has zero revenue from operations in standalone results. The auditors highlighted material uncertainty about going concern due to project delays at subsidiary MMBPL, where current assets fall short of current liabilities. The company also has outstanding TDS liabilities of Rs 30.22 lakhs and unpaid GST under RCM of Rs 28.77 lakhs. Phase 1 construction of Shed 2 at the Pune factory has been completed and trial production is underway.
The stock faces significant pressure due to deep consolidated losses, revenue collapse, and ongoing going concern doubts. However, completion of Phase 1 construction and promoter financial support provide some optimism. Shareholders should monitor the subsidiary's ability to generate commercial revenue in FY 2026-27.
