Modulex Construction Technologies conducted a postal ballot that closed on 17th December 2025 with two special resolutions approved by overwhelming majority. Resolution 1 approved the appointment of Mrs. Sudha Prajapati (DIN: 01387259) as a Non-Executive Independent Director, receiving 99.9997% votes in favour. Resolution 2 approved the issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis to promoter and non-promoter categories, receiving 99.9972% support, with promoters abstaining as they are an interested party. Only about 25% of outstanding shares participated in Resolution 1 and roughly 2.6% in Resolution 2, with just 50 votes against each resolution. The scrutinizer, D.M.
