Mohite Industries has submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025, originally published in Financial Express and Sakal on 13 February 2026. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 45.96 crore, down about 11% sequentially from Rs. 51.77 crore in Q2 FY26 but up roughly 23% year-on-year. Net profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 1.24 crore, a sharp decline from Rs. 3.04 crore in the previous quarter, though modestly higher than Rs. 1.01 crore in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended 31 December 2025, revenue came in at Rs. 123.09 crore versus Rs. 131.69 crore a year ago, with net profit after tax at Rs. 3.26 crore versus Rs. 5.81 crore. Standalone Q3 turnover was Rs. 23.36 crore with profit before tax of Rs. 84.56 lakh.
The sequential drop in both revenue and profit is a near-term negative signal that may weigh on the stock, while the year-on-year decline in 9-month profits highlights weaker cumulative performance. However, the modest YoY profit growth in the quarter and the filing itself being a routine disclosure should not materially move the share price on its own.
