MOIL Limited has revised prices of its various manganese ore grades effective from August 1, 2025, for the quarter July-September 2025. Ferro grades with Mn-44% and above, as well as those below Mn-44%, have been increased by 3%. Chemical grades have also been increased by 3%. On the other hand, SMGR grades (Mn-30%, Mn-25%, and Mn-20%) and certain Fines and Metal Mandi Fines grades (UKF532, DBF575, MSF592) have been decreased by 3%. The basic price of Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMO) remains unchanged at Rs. 205,000 per metric tonne. This is part of the company's regular monthly/quarterly price review practice.
The mixed pricing revision—3% hikes for higher-value ferro and chemical grades offset by 3% cuts for fines and lower-grade SMGR—is broadly neutral on overall revenue. Higher ferro grade prices may support margins if demand remains steady, but lower fines pricing could weigh on volume realization. This is a routine price update and unlikely to materially move the stock.
