Moksh Ornaments held an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 26, 2026 via video conferencing. The sole special resolution was to regularise the appointment of Mr Sharad Kumar Vyas (DIN 10984064) as Non-Executive Independent Director. Out of 88.2 million total shares, about 35.39 million votes were polled (40.1 percent turnout). The resolution passed with 99.99 percent votes in favour (35,389,287) and just 49 votes against.
