Moksh Ornaments Limited, a Kolkata bangle manufacturer and exporter, submitted its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results to NSE. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 15,066.11 lakhs, up about 10% from Rs 13,682.26 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income stood at Rs 15,081.25 lakhs, while profit after tax increased to Rs 242.10 lakhs from Rs 223.85 lakhs, a growth of roughly 8%. Basic EPS for the quarter came in at Rs 0.29 versus Rs 0.42 in Q1 FY25, with the decline largely explained by an increase in paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1,674.98 lakhs from Rs 1,073.20 lakhs. The auditor (S D Jain & Co) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Modest single-digit revenue and profit growth in Q1; the lower EPS is mostly a result of share count expansion rather than weak performance. The unqualified auditor review provides comfort, but the small absolute scale of the business means limited near-term catalyst for the stock.
