Mold-Tek Packaging reported strong full-year FY26 results with revenue at ₹886.60cr (+13.48% YoY), EBITDA at ₹173.66cr (+20.72% YoY), and PAT at ₹72.87cr (+20.35% YoY). EPS stood at ₹21.93. Q4FY26 was particularly strong with revenue of ₹237.86cr (+17.40% YoY), EBITDA of ₹48.10cr (+23.09%), and PAT of ₹20.64cr (+26.88%). EBITDA margin expanded by 93 bps to 20.22% in Q4 and by 117 bps to 19.59% for the full year, driven by consolidated label-making operations under one roof, capacity optimization (5 plants consolidated into 2), and improved per-KG economics (EBITDA per KG up 8% to ₹40.74). Volume grew 11.41% to 42,628 MT. Pharma delivered standout growth of 220% for the year, while Food & FMCG grew 15% in thin wall packaging. The company added new capacity in Panipat for Food & FMCG and onboarded multiple new Pharma clients.
Strong margin expansion and profit growth, with volume and EBITDA outpacing revenue growth, signals effective cost control and operational leverage. Pharma emerging as a high-growth vertical and the margin trajectory suggest further upside potential for the stock.
