Mold-Tek Technologies' Board has approved holding the 41st Annual General Meeting on 30th September 2025 at 9:00 AM via video conferencing. The register of members will be closed from 24th to 30th September 2025, with a record date of 23rd September 2025, which means shareholders holding shares on that date will be eligible for the final dividend. The Board also approved a new Employee Stock Option Scheme called 'MTTL ESOS 2025', allowing up to 10 lakh equity shares to be granted to eligible employees. The exercise price can be up to a 90% discount to the market price (with a floor at face value), and options will vest over 1 to 5 years from the grant date. The ESOP scheme still needs shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM before it can be implemented.
