Monte Carlo Fashions reported FY2026 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,27,591 lakhs, up 15.9% from ₹1,10,041 lakhs in the previous year. Profit after tax grew significantly by 40% to ₹11,173 lakhs from ₹7,980 lakhs. On consolidated basis, PAT stood at ₹11,206 lakhs versus ₹8,117 lakhs, a growth of 38%. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share (200% on face value of Rs 10). Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The company appointed new internal auditors M/s S. Tandon & Associates for FY 2026-27 and approved investment up to Rs 50 lakhs in its newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary MCFL Energy Projects Private Limited (for solar power projects under PM KUSUM-C Scheme).
Strong profit growth of 38-40% with clean audit and 200% dividend payout signals solid performance and shareholder-friendly approach, which should be positive for the stock.
