Monte Carlo Fashions board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share (200% on face value of Rs 10) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The company reported strong annual performance with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 12,750.1 million (up 15.9% YoY) and standalone profit after tax at Rs 1,117.3 million (up 40% YoY). Consolidated PAT stood at Rs 1,120.6 million with EPS of Rs 54.05. The board also approved investment up to Rs 50 lakhs in its wholly owned subsidiary MCFL Energy Projects Private Limited, incorporated in January 2026 for solar power generation under the PM KUSUM-C Scheme.
